Hi, Aireh those little fish are called anchovies and are salty, have distinct & strong flavor but universally liked by everyone, the taste could be quite intense & overpowering. The fillets are salt cured, sold canned or jarred in olive oil. I guess you speak Bisaya back home in Pinas, more or less it’s equivalent to what they called “GUINAMOS” something fermented. They use anchovies in Caesar Salad, it is the main ingredients in Worcestershire sauce. Well, I hope you enjoyed your anchovy pizza. 🙂

Yes to see also how much it cost in Swiss Franc. They have the biggest peso equivalent so for sure if you convert that into Philippine peso it will surely be too expensive.... so for me I am here in the US, I dont normally convert them to pesos. If I spent like $1,000 for hospital bill here I still consider it cheaper especially that here, we can always pay them on a staggard basis after you pay like a downpayment. I mean Renown hospitals which is one of the best here accepts that kind of payment option. That amount usually is minus the insurance already.
