i dont think it's being "nagpapadala sa uso". imo, if going under the knife leads to enhanced self-esteem and self-perception, then why not diba. Wala naman sila maaapakang tao. Lets not discourage people from doing what they want. I'm sure, pinagisipan naman mabuti before pushing through.
