Big bones are a thing, but they aren't anywhere near as big as the bones shown there. But a person with a heavier frame and high bone density can have much stronger bones than someone who has a small frame and low bone density. There can also be a fairly significant weight difference between the two individuals. Typically 20-30 pounds for any given height. Partially because of the difference in their skeleton and partially because of the musculature necessary to support it. This is one of the main reasons numbers for a person's ideal weight are a range rather than a specific number.
1:15 Trust me. I have no skill in Cooking nor baking and i am way younger than that girl/woman. But i could do better than her💀💀💀 Or is she just playing
I literally got the idea of going on youtube to check if you've been up to anything in, like, the last couple of weeks because you were in the buzz feed ad😂 That was the first ad I turned the sound up for🙈 Normally I just ignore those(I live on the German countryside, we don't really have internet😂 So I kinda didn't go on youtube for quite a while)
*Before:* Let’s all appreciate the amount of effort she puts into her vids *Now:* 99% of the comments: Let’s all appreciate the amount of effort she puts into her vids *2024:* 99% of the comments: 99% of the comments: Let’s all appreciate the amount of effort she puts into her vids It’s confusing.
Ok 97% of the comments is how good the video is and how to editing is and how she puts effort (which she does) and the other 3% is talking about how “99%” of the comments say that
@@infamouswickedjokestar Lmao so all other bots in the world that are not on the radio don’t exist? Ig you’re not a bot but look at the other comments, they have the same weird pfp with the same name and that same one video on there channel 💀

Firstly, you're gorgeous anyway, Lia. Though, if you're really trying to build muscle, I believe you need to lift heavier weights, and then rest those muscles for at least 2 days so they can recover. I guarantee you will never look like a man unless you start taking HGH or steroids. Whatever the amount of weight you use, try to make sure the last rep is your maximum effort and do 3-5 sets of 8-10 reps each. Cable machines are best to not get injured and are most like how muscles work already, so easy to use effectively for most people. Expect to be sore the first few times, but you should be able to see results in 2-3 weeks. So, this is mainly advice for arms, shoulders and upper body, only 2 times per week. Legs are stronger anyway and don't need as much rest. Love your channel and have been subscribed for years. Also, I've been working out for almost 40 years, although I'm not a bodybuilder, but I watch a lot of RU-vidrs who are, tho my advice is very basic. Good luck!
Hi SSSniperwolf, I’m a really big fan of yours and thank you so much for making my day every day. I just want to say keep up the good work, and you always make me smile🎉❤😂
