0:40 the cop barely reacting is just hilarious. Just calmly and casually asking. "...Why's he running? We weren't even after him." Not chasing, not drawing his pistol and shouting "FREEZE!" just telling him "HEY! YOU DON'T EVEN WARRANT ON YOU!"
