I think once a year you should be able to refund 1 zeta and 1 omicron. I did Chirpa when omicrons were pretty new and I was hoping to increase the viability of the team.
Chirpa's omicron was somewhat useful for making a g8-10 team not totally hot garbage around when I was ~2milGP while struggling to hold chromium and needed to set absolutely anything better than level 50s on d. I had an abundance of Omicron mats and didn't have a wide enough roster to apply them. As someone who rushed SLKR, by the time I got to farming characters that had good omicrons, I had enough to where one dropped on chirpa didn't handicap any teams. I still use the ewoks on d at 4.7milGP in arodium with a mostly executor based defense hoping they may get an over-commit or snipe banners on an under-commit if I can't kill their fleets
I did the same thing, have enough for 3 omicrons, no useful toons to put them on and already have the useful gac omicrons including wampa, zam, iden, fo tie pilot, qui gon, plasma. I don't regret the ewok omicron at all
I remember at the end of my college studies, I took an entry level computer course just for the easy credits. We had a lab where we all sat at our own Windows desktop and the person in front of me kept complaining that he was having computer issues. I asked him what the problem was and if there were any error prompts that appeared...and, if so, what did they say? He said, oh yeah it keeps popping up all of these errors, but I don't read them I just click Yes to everything. It broke my brain...I had no response.
Omicron on Hera is good if you don't have any other characters upgraded. Omicrons and Zeta's are fairly easy and quick to obtain, a month is not a long time
Happened to me with Mara Omni. Not too upset though, Mara is hot and the Omni let’s me test stuff in tw and not feel bad cause I can use her to clear preloaded turn meter from my mistake
Hey! My sidious omi has saved me many of times in a tw battle. Lol. (But I’m actually serious. The hp boost is nice but it’s the extra speed and constant aoe that actually wears down the opponent. I put him as my fifth on my traya team).
It's not a mistake in most cases. After getting the top 10 best onicrons you end up just slapping the rest anywhere. I myself have loads of omicron materials and no worthy character to apply them to
The reason I have a omnicron on chirpa, is because I have billions of omnicrons and barely have anyone to use it on, so the reqirement is, are you uppgraded, do you have terretory or grand arena omnicron, if yes then you get it
I threw an Omnicron on assaj today so I didn't have to gear her up as much for gas, mostly because I couldn't wait 2 days to gear her up properly. Yes I feel dumb

I gave my Chirpa my omi for the same reason I gave all my Ewoks their zetas… I can’t stand not fully upgrading them even if it’s only marginally better. Little ocd I guess.
Mistake? Nah. I upgraded that omi with a full, clear conscience. I knew what I was doing and I did it proudly. Idc if it’s useless for my roster, my Ewoks wear their omi badge of honor with pride
You forget one thing. There are people, who are just playing the game, because it's a game with their favorite Star Wars Charakters and not for getting into Kyber 1 for example. When I look to my raster and to the charakters I farm just for fun, I always have collected the Omicrons faster, than I can use them. So, there are just players who "waste" these Omicrons, because they don't have more than one charakter at the same time, where they can use it. ;-)
