I think if u fghiting a crowd but some of the enemies r separated from eachother just grapple onto the enemy in the middle and swing around em then finish the job. And maybe if crowd is tightly packed then grapple somewhere behind the crowd and swing
Tips from another aerorig main: 1. The first tip mentioned in the video should ONLY be used in open space areas, such as archipelago and dune. It is also not as fast as simply using the aerorig normally, so only use this to attack infantries and saboteurs. 2. The second tip is that clicking simply once behind a crowd of enemies can shred the enemy crowd faster without backtracking. You just need to properly control aerorig via keeping your aerorig in a straight line with A and D keys. 3. Rallying Cry Ability+Mercy Kill is also an amazing option. It allows quick shred to crowds of enemies while taking minimum damage. 4. Jetpackers can barely be evaded with Aerorig. Instead, you can try gliding on the ground to minimize damage, or if you are on a closed map, glide upwards when you no longer hear jetpacker locking in. 5. Do NOT attempt to aerorig shielders on Masochist. This is self-explanatory. 6. If you are below 40-30 health while slicing through emplacements, duck into cover. This tip will save most of your solo runs. 7. Before slicing through platforms, kill tanks in range. This is self-explanatory. 8. Following the last tip, bait the tank's railgun blast before aerorigging its propane tanks. 9. If you are using voltaic impact, use terminal velocity. 10. Avoid going into platform artillery strike ranges while aerorigging them. This is self-explanatory. 11. If you have Rallying Cry or Mercy Kill(Or Both), Initiate their abilities before aerorigging tough enemies, such as APUs, Tanks and Platforms. 12. Stop trying to aerorig tempest.
Good video, but there's alot more to the Aerorig & Terminal Velocity, but I'd just recommended to just do it with me and rad since we both know how to use most of the techniques of Aerorig and some of Terminal, *So pull up to vc next time fr fr!!!*
ngl i dont usually use this aerorig movement cuz its a bit risky cuz i would be more vulnerable to shielders, and also cuz i would need to destroy my mouse, but what i usually do is something called a sawcular (i named that myself lol) basically you approximate half of the distance between you and the target and you hook on that middle ground, after that you hold A or D with W and it will do a circular motion and hit the target (bonus if you jump before you start moving). the best thing is that you build a lot of momentum and speed doing that, so even when you go over a large crowd of noobs, you'll still be very fast. its safer since you build up so much speed that shielders doesnt have time to shoot you so youre completely immune to shielders and also you can go back to where you previously was or somewhere else safe quickly after hitting the noobs. the only cons of this method are that it is extremely complicated and only works for mid-long ranges and can only be used for engaging or do a hit-and-run and for noobs that are too close to me i would use the method mentioned in the video or use a melee
A good combo with aerorig would honestly be, Aerorig + Overcharge + Harpoon Gun. You can clutch easily, and rarely in hell mode, and using aerorig with assault hp is too overpowered. As a terminal main, I used aerorig once and instantly got the hang of it, its not that hard to use honestly.
Honestly? I dont understand everyone said that exoskeletion is better, you have no movement options that just speed and jump and even default jetpack is better, the attacking attacks are basically a shovel and thats it, aerorig can do all of stuff but with unlimited fuel and unlimited mobility on top of that you can hold jump, swing on the ground randomly and kill hordes of enemies that exo cant do and theres a chance you wont die because you were too fast
all of these clips are on 50% you don't have a chance living the tanks shots, with over charger it is pretty good tho. you are NOT going to live the platforms turrets either, or maybe on very low health after 1 swing around it. better grapple onto an object behind enemies then the little movement strats.
you underestimate a pro dvn players skill (not talking abt me) tanks are ez to kill with the aerorig as long as they are low health already the platform is almost guaranteed as a scout if you keep shooting at it i specifically said that the movement strat is for escaping when you could die and possibly to take out a small group of dummies
@@and123sua tanks and plats are designed to be killed with aeroig honestly dont try killing them with aero unltess on 75%>. on higher difficulties aeroig is still really good but i dont recomend it if you're playing solo.scout is not recomended btw its the worst kit on higher difficulties. though the fact that no one can deny is that aero is like the most fun thing ever
