First of all! never spawn as iraq in multiplayer

1. Planes are not worth it. Its expensive but very good at destroying everything. I just do combat training, reactive armor and then go to economy 2. Autocracy isn't useless. I guess paramilitary is but martial law is a good one. Communism kinda because of call to arms. But I don't really use it frequently 3. Population is good for increasing gdp per capita and making things cheaper. R&D is good for research obviously. You want some economic research. And i don't have too much on military. I put it at 5% 4. I agree though I don't use planes 5. No. You just lose more troops since your divisions are smaller. I just keep it as a blob then split it in 2. Sometimes even more 6. Why would you. Just get a unite of commandos gunners tanks rockets. Why would you spam it so you have no liquidity left

I do not recommend fascism on your game because you will die easily because it decreases your overall diplomacy you can use it until the very end of the game

Social spending should be like in 5% so you can keep the countrie population up and incress gdp
