why is kangnam surprised tho? isn't that the usual way japanese make their dumplings, is it? I mean, im not japanese, but that's how I make their gyoza recipe (got 'em from the internet)
Not really. For gyoza, they usually pan fried the dumpling on one side only, then pour a cup of water to steam. For this one, they actually fry the dumpling on both sides and boil it. Similar but different
