I can't say for sure, but my theory is that these are items that customers ordered to be picked up in store, and then never picked them up. After a period of time, the store will throw them out rather than open them and list the product. What an amazing haul! Great donations for Children's Hospital!

I love old navy, with my perks points my husband bought me 5 pair of Jean's and a flannel shirt and I had a 60 percent off in my perks, we used it and my 5.00 I had, got it for $106.00, some of the items you have shown were on sale 50 percent off , old navy does 15.00 blue jean sales alot also. I love going in store just to search the clearence. I got 2 pairs of the high waisted wide leg Jean's for 7.95 a pair ! Great haul!!

Hi Heather. I was surprised that not one of the items had a packing slip in it. That would be a red flag in the way they package things. Whatever the case I'm just thankful that they didn't go to landfill and you have some clothes to donate and sell at your auction. Thank you for sharing. 👀 I'm loving it every time u hit the motherload at Old Navy. It's like Christmas when u get to open all those packages. 👏 My guess is, I think the store just puts it down as a write off so it's easier for them to just trash it instead of reselling it at a discounted price in the store. I've worked in retail clothing store for 2 years and even help managed one. Not once were we told to trash any clothing item. We had to box them up and ship it back to corporate or store them in the back until next season. Even damaged items had to be sent back. It goes to show, I don't think this particular store is even notifying their Corp office about them doing this. 🤔

if you tighten the string on your grabber, it will grip better. By the handle you will see where the string is attached, unwrap it and pull some slack out of it.

The blue bags are actually online orders that were packed at the store to be shipped to customers…looks like someone at old navy mistook it for trash to be thrown out 😳

Well done Heather, great find. But I'm afraid the clothes situation is a mystery to me, the only thing I can think is maybe misplaced order's that's built up over time and then been thrown out all together. Other than that, it's got me stumped. 🥰🇬🇧

I think the items were shipped but sent back or refused or got canceled..

I'm curious the person throwing it away should notify friends and family to come and get it.

People order them and then they desspute it and then they get all of their money back and once they are in their they all ready count it as gone does that help you

I think you should do the right things and send these packages to the rightful owners that they have already paid for their purchases. As far as the other things go you should donate there are so many people out there that do not have nice things and cannot make the money to have that kind of stuff. I can understand you making a profit on this do to your gas expense in your time but I just feel it would just be more profitable to you to just donate all of this.
