That is insane. Right off the bat boom tons of the good candy! Name brand favorites! Amazing. So last week the Aldis manager called my dad and told him to bring his trailer he had a bunch of stuff for him. So dad got up there and they unloaded a whole truck load of produce and cheese and creamers. Apparently a guy got there a few hours before the store open so he shut it down on freeze to take a nap. Mind you nothing was actually frozen but here we are with cases and cases of asparagus, avocados, peppers, pears on and on. And it never touched a dumpster. The manger already lets my dad come get the stuff because of his pigs. My dad feeds them what he gets. Unless it’s stuff he wants or any of us want. And the manager likes my dad. So I had to tell you. I told him I wish he had recorded it so I could show everyone them unloading a. Whole semi truck full of food into my dads trailer!

I absolutely love dumpster diving. Dad used to in the 80s and took us kids to watch.

Great to see what you have all found, unbelievable what they all throw away. Such a shame, should not be like that! There is absolutely nothing wrong with this stuff. Then I'm glad that you '' save '' the stuff. I would also like to do this but here in the Netherlands it is not allowed and very often the containers are inside.

My grade 1 pupils love candies and chocolates. They really love that.. they cannot afford to buy.

Did my rounds lastnight after worknand found a great haul of meat. An aldi dumpster was full of spiral hams! I only took one since me and hubby can eat on that for a whole month. Plan to shred it for ham and eggs, lol. Also found a nice stash of avocado spread, love that stuff! Even found some sweet stuff for my husband. Oh best find of the night was 3 packages of bacon. 😊

Our Dollar Tree had oodles of candy to this week. Same exact candy. No fiddle faddle though. The course of the candy monster. The 2 Dollar trees I go to are always good to me.

Those little slippers would be a totally great little treat for your kid in elementary schools class. You know? If you had one next year you could send them up in goody bags for your kids class. I always did stuff like that all year several times a year. Dumpster diving would have saved me 1000’s of dollars over the years.

make sure to check the date on the candy. A few weeks out of date won't probably matter, but you don't want stuff that's been bad since 2016.

Awesome haul but I think I saw the bowls in the back of the dumpster. Our Aldis don't have the cheesecakes. Wish $ tree was filled like that and it doesn't matter what day I go.
