Steph, whenever there's items on the dumpster floors I use a long handled fish net and just scoop them up..my own idea and by golly it works

I'm in Alabama and we do not have a lottery....😥 Anyway, all the lottery tickets I've seen from Tennessee and Indiana have second chance.
