To David's credit, I love how Duncan's a real person, not a spoilt brat celebrity's son. I'm amazed by that! - He wouldn't have to work, but he's obviously inherited his father's creativity, and is doing what he loves, carving out his own niche. He's his own person, and what a fine person he is! All the best for you Duncan. Your father would be smiling over you.

His mother was a highly intelligent woman and Mr. Bowie could not have achieved anything without her....let's get real guysa. Mr Bowie was a great musician but he was not all that nice....he treated everyone around him rather badly once he made it...including his band members...
A long time ago (must have been mid 90s). I had a short email exchange with Duncan Jones. He seemed like an extremely generous and down to earth kind og guy. This interview confirms my impression. I loved Moon and also thougth Source Code was very well made. I think he may become a truly great director.
What a fine and talented man Mr. Bowie has produced the world with. I'm not a big fan of science fiction movies, but I'll definitely check this one out.
One of the best films I have ever seen. THe way everything you percieve the characters to be and their intentions changes is just amazing. It should have won two oscars, best director and best actor.
He's a lovely down to earth guy....I think David Bowie was the same in his private life..really nice, funny guy. I am really happy that Duncan has made such a great name for himself in film...with Warcraft and I believe Source code?
What a lovely guy, his dad must have been very proud of him. My thoughts are with David Bowie's two children and his wife Iman as they come to terms with their terrible loss.
It's amazing that Zowie Bowie grew up so normal and metamorphosed into Duncan Jones. He certainly has no airs and graces you would never believe he was so privileged.

I loved Moon. I went out and bought it when it came out on sale as a dvd. When I first saw it, I had no idea Duncan Jones was David Bowie's son. Fantastic film.
I agree. Neither of his kids resemble him.The only thing I can see, by watching this interview is David had nicely shaped eyebrows and it looks like Duncan inherited them. Other than that, i see no resemblance. Pity. Now David looked very much like his parents. I can see him in both if them.
I can see David here and there in him, nothing glaring or obvious, though. It's more subtle: the rise of an eyebrow, the curl of the lip, a hint of dimple, a touch of class. Plus he's a fairly nice looking guy, and I'm sorry, but he didn't get that from Angie!

Trudy Styler the producer is Sting's wife and Bowie and Sting both lived in NY and were business buddies so David Bowie had something to do with the production of this movie and I'm not saying this in a derogatory manner.
Sounds like Duncan knows that if you don't serve others then you won't be successful. You can see here he cares, you can watch interviews on Warcraft and it clearly shows he cares about what the fans want to see. I cannot wait to see Warcraft.

The sets on this movie remind me of the show 'Space: 1999' I used to watch as a child. I really liked it (being a SciFi fan to this day) Looking it up on Wikipedia I was surprised to read it aired for only 2 seasons or 48 episodes. I thought it went on for much longer than that...the perspective of a child I suppose. The director of this movie and David Bowie's son Duncan seems to be such a nice guy too.
Duncan seems to be a well balanced , talented guy....his dad David Bowie would be extremely Proud of him... It's just so sad that he doesn't have a relationship with his mum Angie Bowie, I believe who hasn't seen him since he was either thirteen fourteen and not much before and not since. Every child has two biological parents in there lives and Circumstances and reasons I want pretend to know about, has obviously kept Duncan and his mother Angie...still apart. I find that sad and hopeful that they can one day get to be in each others lives again, as life is so short lived and with his own family it would be nice to have an extended family for his children one day , for its them that will question about their grandparents and reflect back on life and wander why .. It's just so sad, but Duncan is Obviously a Credit to David Bowie and to his Loving wife Inman... All the best in your future, make memories as they are so important..I wish you happiness X

Duncan does not want Angie in his life. He tried but she's toxic. Sad, but that is life. 😢 he has beautiful Lexi his dads daughter with Iman and the 3 of them are family. He is also married and has a little boy who was born 3 months after David passed away. Duncan took the gender reveal and they all found out it was a beautiful baby boy before his dad died. I cried buckets when he said that 🤧. ❤ forever.

***** But he does! If you look at the pictures of Duncan and David when David and Iman got married, the resemblance is uncanny! I really didn't see much of David in him except for maybe his nose, but there is this one picture when they look practically identical! The only difference is their eyes and teeth (not smile, but teeth).

He is 4 years younger , then me and think he did a very good thing to marry his girlfriend Inot because she has or had cancer) my friend had also cancer , he died on brain damage ten years ago. wat ik erg vind , als je bowie aanklikt met familie , zie je david met lexie als baby. Je ziet er geen met ducan als baby, dit mis ik wel , daarvoor moet je toch verder zoeken , dan vind je deze bij david angie. Had liever deze foto vooraan gezien. Ik heb 2 zonen en wil deze hetzelfde geven, en dat vind ik jammer. Je hoeft niet een popster of filmster te zijn om iets te betekenen.' Söms is de achtergrond net zo belangrijk, zoals mijn zoon is camera man het is erg belangrijk om de ster goed op het doek te krijgen. the film was one big snore. i made a film its called turd, and its about this giant turd thats inhabited by a fly, the fly buzzes around the turd all day and the best bit of the film is when someone steps in it which is right at the end.
