Today is my longest day on trial. 25 miles in 13 hours, with roughly 8,000ft of elevation gain. Coosa bald to Toccoa River swinging bridge.

I love the Duncan Ridge Trail, my favorite trail in GA. I have done many out and back day hikes there. Great for cardio workout and solitude. The climbs up Akins Mt. and Rhoades Mt are my favorites, hard but so satisfying.
