@Bing Bong These are npcs you cant RP with npc, they dont take locals as people Beacuse they cant RP with them. If a local dies he Just dies, when a Player dies there needs to be EMS and some Times Police involved.

@Bing Bong bc NPCs dont add to RPing and also NPCs spawn at random times so they don’t hold it against them even NPC cars spawn in the middle of chases too for cops. Lag is a bit different which sucks really but to everyone else they can see the player whom is effected by RP.

@Bing Bong Then there's also the fact that the NPCs can bug out, so it'd be incredibly unrealistic to give the same treatment to NPCs as they do players. It just wouldn't make any good sense.

It's the timer UNTIL you can respawn, so after 300 seconds, you can choose to respawn. Doing so will mean that you have chosen to act as if you do not remember anything that led up to that point. You must have attempted to get medical help in some form, and if you have been told that police/ems is on it's way, or you are in a situation where you were downed during rp, you may not respawn. You CAN choose to "permadeath" your character when this happens, which some have for RP purposes, though I believe only one such case has happened in 3.0 which was the choice of the person behind the character, choosing to die by firing squad in prison. EDIT: For additional info, this comes under NLR - New Life Rule for NoPixel. Other RP communities have various levels of this rule, from not remembering what caused you to end up in the hospital (like NP) to as far as being a completely new character on respawn and can include other rules such as not returning to the scene of the crime or the area it was in to tamper with things or otherwise cause a failRP situation

I think it’s because he killed a pedestrian

After someone lock picks the car they can give you the keys, so you only have to steal once.

If the car isn't occupied, you have to lockpick it. If it's a players car and they are in it, they need to use /givekeys and if it's a locals car that's occupied you either need to do an animation to steal the car from them, which takes several seconds, or ram into them head on to kill them and hope that 1) the car doesn't scuff and 2) the fuel line doesn't empty on you (which it will most of the time)
