Dunlop just introduced their latest scoop tire, the MX14, which is a completely new tire from the ground up. Our own Kris Keefer breaks down the differences between the older MX12 and the new MX14 in this first impression video.

I've already tried to buy this tire... have vet fest at Red Budd in a couple weeks...you can find it anywhere🤷

It is great for anything "golf course hard", and softer. We will also see more people hydroplaning on water more, as soon as they figure out they can.

The "tread pattern length", (is not the knob height), is the same as the circumference of the tire, (length,). But we all have the education of a HS drop out today,---and think we know what we are talking about,---Mr. Ed.

Those 3 hard places on the track, (questioning what is considered "hard".), will also eat that $150.00 tire up pretty fast,---and not only do you get free tires as a perk, but you have never shaved a tire in your life.

Just buy Hoosier tires. HOOSIER tires are Pure Race tires tbat amatuer racers can buy. Hoosier tires are direct competitor to Factory race team tires. That are only available to Pros not Ametuers.

I am sure that the pros trying a new tire rejects quite a few of them. I think it is a good idea for a tire company to use pro racers to test new designs/compounds before I buy one. Hoosier mama? :)

I find it more advantageous today to just buy the product, (if you think it may work well for you), and figure it out yourself, then to listen to anybody who has published, and only publishes, a sales brochure. Unlike the 80's, you will be the only objective judge today. Now all of you, pull your handlebars back toward you again and point your levers downward so you can easily keep your elbows up. This is not freestyle. Your riding with ape hangers.

1:23 Look at that dropped elbow when you get on the gas. That is because your bars are high, and your level levers will not let you "re-grip" the throttle as soon as you get off the front brake. This is the cause of one of Chase Sexton's crashes at the last national 2022 race where he lost the championship to Eli. The 80's was "The Age Of Reason" in MX. The sport today, and the entire world, is entering a age of irrationality,----"because that is the way everybody else does it." Not going to be a good future,---with that "Non-thinking".

Why do you talk about "lean angle" when you always use a berm to turn? For tires, the relationship is to the ground, and in a berm, there is not very much lean angle. I don't think you guys know how to turn on a off camber anymore. You will call it an off camber turn, with 12 berms in it.
