I love that you included a comparison to the Aful Explorer. I was on the fence just yesterday on which to buy for an upcoming trip where I don't want to chance a more expensive iem getting lost or damaged, and opted to just get both so I had some options. Good to see my comparison was in the right space. Great review as always.
@@HK-er7wf I have several BUT I have it even listened to these. I am somewhat of a bass head myself and like the style of iems. I usually listen to my Dunu DaVini Gizaudio collab set.
Great video as always Dave! They way you have stored your IEM, I see it is like a wooden cabinet. Aren't you concenred about humidity damaging them? What's the humidty at your place usually?
Fantastic review, Dave! I'm thinking about getting this set. It's going to be really difficult to beat the sound signature of the Delci though. They do my music library perfectly. I find myself reaching for the Delci even over my DaVinci in a lot of instances. With that being said, I wonder if the S2 would even benefit me at all... I'm torn 😆 I also want either the EA500LM or the EA500. My library is typically classical, OST, some older rock, jazz, and blues. Every now and then I get the rap itch but not very often. I have the Hades for that 😆
Great comparison! Can you please compare the Meze ALBA to the newly released 7hz Five? Both come at $150. I only got hands on the ALBA yet so unsure about the 7hz.
Loved the sound and comfort, but I returned it for two reasons. 1) I just can’t get over how it looks. The red ring just looks hideous to me. This is completely subjective though. 2) The cable was making a lot of scratchy noises whenever it rubbed against my table. I copped the Aful Explorer from Amazon for only $89 so hopefully that will be a better experience for me overall.
Yeah - the Ultra Man look 👀 is definitely a no go for me as well lol! I too am very interested in the Explorer and would love to hear your thoughts on them.
@@j.w.s.743 Explorers have much better bass, but it's not as bright or resolving as the Titan S2 in my opinion. Not far off though. I think a good middle ground for me is the Letshuoer S08.
