What do you think trainers? *Here are the numbers posted after the video from **Unite-db.com**!* Duraludon: Attack: about a 10% decrease at all levels Heavy Metal: 30 seconds to 50 seconds cooldown Dragon Pulse: Orb stack duration 8 seconds to 5 seconds (more to add, they're still figuring it out) Bug fixes to other moves: (still figuring it out) Pokemon Unite needs to just share what they fixed and their number, seriously! Alolan Ninetales: Aurora Viel: Attack speed bonus decreased (possibly more, they're looking into it!) Mr. Mime Guardswap+ Fixed a bug that caused the healing to last indefinitely under certain circumstances You can check out their site for when they update it for more exact information, thank goodness we have them!
Timi: "Yeah Duraludon is a bit overtune and deserves a nerf but you know what lets nerf Alolan Ninetales after the buff it got and is in a good place after a long time"
@@MoonStaysServing dude, shes a CC machine in a game whose meta revolves around a bunch of pokemon with stunlocks. i dont get what shit people have in their brians to think shes weak, she wasnt even that bad before people just slept on her, after rework she was absurd.
@@unkindled6410 A. Ninetales gets overshadowed by Pikachu, Greninja, Venasaur, Cinderace, Gardevoir, Duraludon now and used to be either tied or this down/high with Sylveon. She was not that bad and thats a fact but she clearly was not that good either.
Totally deserved nerf. I'm a Duraludon main myself but I find it surprising that the dev team of PU didn't hotfix this pokemon immediately once they saw it overperforming more that it should be. Poor Sylveon didn't even last 2 days before getting the hotfix it deserved when it got released.
I'm not surprised because money Sylveon is so popular it will sell and see play regardless of how good or bad it is just like Absol and Decidueye Most people don't care about Duraludon and it would hardly make any money if it's not a viable pick The more popular the Pokemon the less good it needs to be for people to still spend money on it
Perhaps it’s because we are having the official tournaments happening around the world now. The devs don’t want to have this patch to cause issues for the teams playing in those games. (As we see that every team runs Duraludon on their teams and even the casters including spragels said in the very beginning that Duraludon and Hoopa are the highlight of the games.) But one of the big ones for this month just ended two days ago, so they implemented the patch today.
I did notice a bug with his unite move... I would use it, but get interrupted and it would get cancelled... Except it would still register and I'd get the benefits of the unite without actually using it, and then a few seconds later I would have my unite move ready to go again
Yeah, that happened a lot. It also seems like the beam would trigger Wiggly's Cute Charm and cancel you out of it. The unite really didn't finish though, so you don't get the benefits of move (just the shields)
Not super happy with the Ninetales nerf, but I can’t say I’m surprised she’s super good, but I guess that’s the price to pay for a Duraludon nerf lol. I still believe the dash and heal Veil has outweighs the attack speed reduction maybe it’s back to the way it was pre buff.
@@punga6102 alternatively to nerfing the attack speed, they could nerf her passive. Getting jumped by A9 and Cinder is annoying but it's made worse by constant freezes
Did 95k in Masters in my one Ninetales game this morning... didn't realize it was nerfed. I think it was a little strong after the buff, so it's probably still fine now TBH.
I saw this nerf coming a mile away (as did many I'm sure). That is why I've played exclusively Flash Cannon once I realized how broken DP was. Flash Cannon is so much fun to play and it's still super powerful and a great move to zone out objectives.
It's a matter of overtuning. I'm not sure how bad the AV nerf is but it's a mon that is naturally problematic to balance. It's basics can freeze you, and AV also raises the AS of your allies. The issue can be boiled down to the fact that AV makes sieging goals almost trivial and A9 alone can cc chain you between it's basics and DG.
@@dionjones6300 everything you're describing has nothing to do with the buff, veil did all of that before the buff anyway and they were still considered one of the worst attackers. Even with the buff They weren't unchallengeable and if you wanna talk about Over-tuned I think Pikachu has a unite move worth mentioning. Nerf was very unwarranted even if it could be insignificant.
@@xard2803 I have to agree with this. Sure alolatails felt really good in lane but I wouldn't exactly call it "overly oppressive". It got way way better but it defo wasn't overturned. Nerf was unwarranted imo.
I kinda hate the nerf on ninetails ... same with what happened with Gardevoir a couple of months ago where the pokemon comes back to the meta, becomes super fun to play as and it instantly gets hammered in a week or 2 after getting its buff. I don't think or feel her buffs were such a huge issue that could not be contested.
I think the duraludon nerf was completely necessary and honestly the ninetails nerf is unfortunate since it literally just got a buff to aurora veil only for it to be weakened
Duralodon is still op because he is so safe to play. I guess his problem was not the damage on dragon pulse, it was the range. You can still kill an enemy from great distance and he can't escape. That's why I think Duralodon is op
Teeds your gameplay are real fun it's like I'm watching pu skit and duraludon is slow because it got one toe I'm never gonna forget that. I just kept laughing for 10 minutes straight. It's like all the stress that pu gives us it's gone after watching your video. So thank u for doing it.
@@SuperTeeds yeah they are really entertaining. Duraludon is still op it's need more nerfs you destroyed enemy team its just like you said they nerf it by one% because in game if you weren't able to jump on him and kill him it still does huge chunks of damage.
Unite patches/updates/bugfixes really are just the worst. I love this game and am working hard to make a channel out of it because I genuinely care about the game so much that I want to spread the knowledge I have learned with the rest of the community but Timi just idek I've never seen a game managed this badly before. I came to Unite from Smite and they're totally incomparable games. I just dont see Unite lasting 2-3 years because I believe the dev's will just give up on fixing things like they already have certain held items and battle items. It's just sad I always wanted a pokemon moba just wish they'd sell the game to a better studio and maybe then we'd have a chance of a game with a life span of league or smite
Duraludons design looks very weird and obscure without context, and I love it how people describe it as everywhere from *_a lighter_* to *_a fridge (I personally like calling it a pez dispenser)_* - as all Galarian pokemon have a connection to Great Britain and British isles - Duraludons design is likely based on the tallest building in UK known as *'The Shard'* - the resemblance is even more apparent in its G-Max form
Yeah, I play Dura, and he was very strong, I've not played him after this patch, but seen you play him I can see the difference in damage even though you have some good games, I think he will be okay 👍
Yes it deserved the nerf. Not a9 obviously. Also side narrative: I use machamp alot and I was feeling pretty hip being a decent choice against dural. Sooo...kinda hope that's not gunna stop.
I want a Christmas skin for Duraludon to be it wrapped in tinsel and with a star on top of its head so it’s like a Christmas tree. 😂 Good to see it wasn’t nerfed into obscurity, so that it’s still a strong pick, but at the same time I feel it’s gonna get another nerf and that will actually destroy it.
Release duraludon was so broken that you could pentakill up to 4 times because your raw damage was wnough to burst and curbstomp anyone in you line of sight. It was be all end all to the duraludon that gets feed first
Massive nerfs to Dragon Pulse. Less attack range = fewer orbs. Orbs only last 5 seconds instead of 8 (or harder to spread them across the enemy team), less direct damage. Defintely deserved. Getting your 5 streak in game 2... and your Lucario just wanders away from Dred...
I am kinda believing the entire last patch note was a joke . Pokemon which wanted to get buffed got nerfed and if they got buffed it was very miniscule . I can't even say there were game changing nerfs to S tier Pokemon or no changes . The winner of the patch ninetales just got nerfed . Why.
Can we talk about how Duraludon's Flash Cannon got nerfed more than Dragon Pulse even though Dragon Pulse is better on most players since Flash Cannon is kuch harder to use effectively
Hi teeds! I have been recently playing again since i sorta stopped playing December (mainly because i got drift) before that i always watched ur videos and RU-vid algorithm gave me a video u posted since i watched it i startd playing again so ty lol
Dura needed to be nerfed, it will never be the same. But at least it wasn't gutted. They left the crit basic atk build alone, so artillery cannon will be the default from now on
Ninetails did not deserve the nerfs, but the unite devs do hate mages(as shown with how few special attackers we get and nerfing mages almost every patch) so this was bound to happen eventually, unfortunately
that 2nd game Snorlax was braindead. He wasn't even joining any fights. Really hate it when people choose a defender than push themselves in the jungle, but can't even be of help in lanes. Shoutout to poobumchum, you're literally worse than poo.
Me playing wigglytuff thinking it will actually sing soo me and my teammates get soothing music..... durolodons heavy sound reaching my ear in every match💀🤐😣😵🤒
