They were great last night. They played everything that they were supposed to and threw in a few extras. I liked the Girls on Film/Psycho Killer mash up.
Their Allentown show (2024) had the same drumming problem. Every 2 beats it sounds like the drummer is slamming a wooden plank on the floor. The repetitive CLUNK was very distracting during many songs and the problem sounds worse here in the Borgata show footage. Does anyone know what’s going on with this drum issue? Is this a microphone problem on the drum set? If you’re not sure what I mean, listen to Hungry Like The Wolf leading up to the 14:00 mark. It sounds like a Snare Drum From Hell.
If this was like the show in Allentown, they have a DJ Samantha Michelle for about an hour, but because of this, Duran plays an extended song list which is way better...
