ALL-DAY Every Day, September 21- 24, 2023
Art Department
Solve the mystery! Look for the clues and earn an Art Detective ribbon.
Cow Palace
Milking Time each day, 4 - 6 PM
Discovery Center
Ongoing educational exhibits and demonstrations, located in the south end of the T Barn including: The American Chestnut Foundation, Rockhounds, Xavier/Mercy Robotics, Trout Unlimited, Inc., STEM Experiments & Demonstrations, Master Gardeners Haddam, JC Farm Stand, & Wesleyan Potters
Farm Museum
Ongoing exhibits and demonstrations of early farm life, continuous blacksmith demonstrations. In addition, 3 times daily, pulley-driven antique farm equipment demonstrations, including corn grinders, hay press, lime crusher, corn chopper, wood saw, shingle mill and lunger engine.
Fiber Department
Spinning and weaving demonstrations, along with touch fibers and an educational area for kids
Llama Barn
Kids Place
Ongoing activities include Corn Crib, Bubble Mania, Face-in-Hole photo opportunities and more with prizes all day!
Roaming Acts
Musicians and entertainment acts, any day at any time!

Ahh the Durham Fair is finally here!! I used to go as a child with my mom every year, it was such a great memory!! I haven’t been in years but waking up and seeing this as the first video in my feed is a sign from the universe!! Thanks for showing the craft tent - I need that Scorpio t-shirt!! Thank you for yet another amazing and informative vlog! Keep up the great work!

Thank you for this, Jennifer! I used to go as a child and just moved back to the shoreline. I’m in my 50’s now and have been wondering what it’s like now- looks just the same but with atm’s. I’m going this weekend thanks to your video. 😊

Yay! The Durham Fair! I used to go to that fair with my family when I was little. I had such a great time on those rides. I miss CT in the fall. (And oh, how I miss fried dough! They just don't make it right in the south. They call them "elephant ears" down here and although they are similar, they are NOT the same! 😢 LOL)

Hello, I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the bands, there were 2 that I saw. The bands were really good! really enjoyed the entertainment and the fair was very fun and easy! I hope you had a good time if you went ❤️😊
