i miss this so much. the flight control the caldari had over the gallente was noticable, i preferred the gallente for the extra weight in the rear you could pivot around, but for fine control, that caldari could not be beat
i had a move where i would pivot vertically making a rainbow, pull then end of that into a dive, hitting my thrusters just in time to not land on the tank and start sinking missles til they afterburnered in reverse taking pot shots at me, but i figured out how to imitate an epileptic squirrel and am very comfortable flying 5 feet off the deck. made for some epic escapes. mostly i just squashed snipers and end up going toe to toe with a forge gunner on a tower. i spat my drink out when i saw the orville, they used my move!! gave it a way cooler name too. hug the donkey, *chefs kiss*
You're an awesome pilot! Really inspired me to keep at it with the Dropships. I always enjoy flying in these 'Battlefield' type games. Sniping in DUST just isn't as effective as I wish.
DUST is actually trying to be a real life shooter, it's not ur very day MLG no scope and quick scopes, no irl u have to look for a good place then snipe. So yes I guess it isn't hard
I used to be extremely good at flying and it was the only thing I ever did on dust then my ds3 controller broke and it all changed... I try to fly mouse and keyboard every now and then but in total it has cost me over 20mil ISK. Flying ADS mouse and keyboard is like trying to walk after getting shot in both of your knees. I think you may know me as your #1 and only fan :) XD
SAXON ON A MISH I'll be running FW squads tomorrow (I got school registration today). We will most likely have OB support. I have recruited 1 Eve pilot to the rebellion so he may not be able to make it.
