Dust an Elysian Tail Ending 

This reeked of SO MUCH sequel potential, it hurts even to this day.

“We did everything right. Everything we were told to.” “And sometimes even that is not enough.” Story of my life right there.

My many feels at the end... I almost cried and I'm a grown man...

I have beaten this game for the 18th time today, and I STILL FUCKING CRY AT THIS SCENE!!!! :',(

This ending killed me on the inside. The dialogue emphasizing Dust's inevitable death. Dust and Fidget's tones of voice emphasizing the loss of hope. Even the fact they promise he'll be back near the end of the memorial doesn't patch the wounds. And the final stab is how we fought through all those hard battles so we DIDN'T have to watch lovable characters die, dammit! If they decide to make a sequel, they better not make its ending this depressing.

It would be awesome if they made an anime out of this game. It would be just awesome.

The story this game tells is so good, I have save points before every major cutscene just so I can watch them again whenever I feel like it.

So pretty much Dust body is dead, but not his soul. I wonder what vessel is he going to take in the sequel.

1:58 hits hard in the feels every time

I cry every time I see this. One of the most touching game experiences I have ever had. It's on Life Is Strange level for me.

My cousin came and got me to play this in a week, and I gotta say, I died from more natural environments than I ever did slaying monsters. At one point I kept getting hit by lavas and jokingly said: "This lava will be the death of me!!"............The IRONY!!!!!!!!! I legit cried SO FRICKING HARD!!!!! And she KNEW.....

Why did I make myself go through the ending yet again thinking I cant take another mental blow

This game is perfect, the voice acting is perfect and the music fits perfectly, its perfectly perfect

I'm looking for a parody where, though he seems peaceful, around where we see 2:10 happening, Dust goes from tranquil to 😱 the instant that lava rushes over him.

Ah yes the game where the main protagonist dies in a RIVER OF LAVA. Sure he’s technically alive by the end but that doesn’t make his death any less brutal.

OMG! It's so sad that he did this....but he Fidget, and Aura (i think that's how you spell it, i haven't played this game in a while) saved everything...

This game could have become a TV series or a movie.

One day we'll get to see this story continue :>

at the end Fidget chased the sword, the first met between Dust and Fidget at the beginning is the next scent after Fidget catched the sword. Dust didn't die, Dust to Dust

I love this game to bits. In the future i want to do a tribute video to it with Shatted by Tradying Yesteruday. Dose anyone know if you can record the cutscene but mut the music so there is oly the characters talking?? i guess i will find out of no one replys to this comment. the ending allways had me in tears.

i finished this game before watching rurouni kenshin and chrno crusade and after beating deadlight and before my uncle died yeah that was a depressing year for me

i was sad at that part of the game and disapointed of the ending i dont really liked Dust death
