Dust in your IKEA Display Cabinet 

Thanks for this video. I've recently gotten a display cabinet and have also put in rubber gap fillers to prevent dust entry.

Just did this last night. And put 2x 4 meter led strips inside too. One thing I notice is that its not so sealed that the figures I have inside retains the smell they have when opened new. But definitely keeps the dust away. I had the detolf up for a few days without the brush pile and dust already went in (carpeted flooring in the room is really bad with dust etc.). Now I put 6mm high brush pile and its pretty much sealed up now! Thanks for sharing your installation!

I collect cards, which are not suffering as much from dust. But I use outdoor poster display cases with price tag holders (ones they use in supermarket shelves) to hold the cards. These are deep enough for cards but idk if they are for miniatures.

Dust just makes the figures look like they've been at war for a while. Nice Tips Palmer!

I'm thinking about some black or chrome strips that you use on the edge of automotive doors to act as a protection against parking lot damage. Just a thought.

If I had space for these cabinets I would be sure to do the same.

Can you see the adhesive through the glass? Makes it ugly? (Typical yellow strip)
