Judging by looking at dustdusts blasters as they fade, it seems to be a timed lava cylinder with a timed spinning part inside, but barely clipping out. Judging by dust’s blaster, you might also try more than one spinning part.

That's dustdust sans not dust sans. Phantom papyrus haunted dust cuz dust has a huge regret of killing his brother and so papyrus could haunt him cuz of his emotions but dustdust became a ruthless MONSTER who did not care a single percent about killing his brother,innocent frisk and the entire universe where he lived.he also got all the human souls hence there is no phantom paps.also because dustdust sans is too insane to be haunted
