I like to think that DustDust is just Dusttale but he killed everyone while also injecting himself with determination. Since his LOV is at max, he wouldn’t melt and would not only be able to over power the human. But even be able to break the save file, destroying the genocide loop.

Lore for dustdust (fanon): After dust killed the human and the entire underground he was able to go to different dust au's and due to his greed and insanity he killed many many dust timelines and au's soon even when he wanted to stop he couldn't because instead of LOVE (level of violence) he was gaining HATE which is why the theme is called "But his hate didn't let him go" At the state he is now he is around alphatale sans level. his full power is stronger than 404.

since we all own dustdust i say for lore he just murders after more resets due to him keeping his previous timeline reset levels
