both dustdustkiller and dustdusthorror (following dustdust logic) are like lv 40 + 1 soul + their original form (lv 20 for killer) while obsessed monster kills an entire city and absorbs their souls

DustDust since killer came first, the same thing as Horror!DD) Edit: Obsessed Sans it's an way stronger than LV 99 HD Sans since he has an bunch of souls now

I should mention that genocide timeline of Horrortale exists (known as "Wolf in the sheep clothing"). You can find it only in bilibili though. I have no doubt that anyone can turn the tables around, and things once impossible may become possible.
