#Dustin Ybarra joins and Adam compliments his set at their recent RFK comedy show. I had a pet crow when I was 12. It just hopped up on my foot one day while I was doing my paper route, and without me doing anything, it stayed with me until it died. It would fly off and come back all on its own. To this day I don’t know why it adopted me.

As a man who has a diabetic wife that needed Ozempic until she couldn't get it anymore because rich people were using it for weight loss, then was prescribed Mounjaro and is dealing with the shortage of that now for the same reason, I find it disturbing listening to rich people joking about the misuse.

The Cali transplant thing is so true. Grew up in SF (4th Gen) and dressed and acted normally. People were always surprised I was from SF. A neighbor told me “you remind me of people from Ohio”. I said “ dude you ARE from Ohio”

I’m a park host living full time at State Parks. Because of Adam “ACE” my lady neighbor park host was constantly complaining about crows 🐦‍⬛ on her RV roof. I’m trying to lose weight, I quit bread 🍞. I’d save my rolls and toast and I’d stand in front of our campsites and I’d say these two trailers do not bother us and every time I’ll bring my leftover bread. She had a plastic Owl 🦉. Those smart crows were not impressed. But the crows never got on either of our RV’s again. They’re smarter than these college protesters !!

44 Hours is a great fast! 👍You could have eatin' WAY more than that, eat until you're full once you break the fasting window! 🕛...The secret is to work out while you're in a fasting state: push ups, sit ups, body squats, walk, etc...you will burn ALL FAT as fuel rather than glycogen in your bloodstream like normal; Black Coffee w/ no cream, no sugar will be your best friend! Also drink water with Salt, or 'Propel' for electrolytes with 0 calories to avoid cramps. Fasting for 16 hours with an 8 hour eating window should be proficient If you get a light workout during your fast....and treat yourself to a combo meal after...and supersize it if you want! Don't starve yourself after a fast or your body will store it as fat, eat until you are full! 👊

I feed and talk to the crows in my yard, and they protect my chickens from the hawks in the area. Crows are natural enemies of hawks and owls and will collectively attack and chase them away. Thats my crow security crew😊

Ozempic is interesting, I don't think it's a bad thing. If anything being on Ozempic is a lot easier to adhere to a diet since you're not typically hungry and cravings are held in check. You lose some weight and then it's easier to start exercise. I think once it goes generic, it'll be first line in weight loss management.

The crazy part to me about the whole fentanyl possibly being in any random drug which some people may not expect and can be fatal so it's deterred a decent amount of people but I come across people who are hoping they can either find fentanyl or maybe it'll be in the next drug they get. And I'm like ok what am I missing are those who were deterred just not dedicated enough to their drug abuse?? It's a tad confusing

I agree with the assessment of outsiders in the LA area. Among the most annoying are the ones who respond to the question, “Where are you from?” The say “Here”, when they are clearly not. That goes for California in general.
