Dusty Springfield on The Johnny Cash Show 

I live for these clips as I was never able to see Dusty perform live. There never was, and I doubt if ever will be, a talent such as hers.

Dusty could have sung these just like the original performers but she was a musical genius. She added soul to these hits. I was really transfixed by her version of Georgy Girl. Dusty, I'll never find another you.

I've heard those songs loads of times before but never cared much for them but hearing dustys rendition of them actually makes them sound like serious music, especially georgie girl!

Amazing how Dusty could sing ANYONE'S songs and make them sound like her own. True genius.

2 Great singers. RIP the 2 of you.
