Been taking this in combo with Tamsulosin for several years, and haven't seen a decrease in my PSA levels at all. Also have low-grade prostate cancer (Gleason 3+3), so monitor this closely. MRI in the new year.
After taking this drug for one year my PSA level has dropped from 8.6 to 3.8 and has maintained that level for 3 years now. And I think I'm gonna take this drug for a lifetime. I was diagnosed with BPH at age 50, and before taking Dutasteride, the doctor had requested for Ultrasound, MRI, and prostate biopsy two times (six months intervals) just to make sure, and all these lab tests had indicated no signs of cancer. I have a strong family history of prostate cancer in both parents.

this medicine is used for enlarged prostate no one gives any hint about its use benefit side effect in that every one worried about sexual life , i want to use it but no where people give there opinion about prostate how they feel after using it, but worried for sex only
