We visited the WW2 bunkers at Willemstad (Holland). They are in pretty good shape.
Our videos are just for sharing our hobby with you all. We like to share the history with the world. Because it shouldn’t be lost. We don’t need to make money with this. We also don’t sell any of our finds. All the dangerous items we found are reported to the authorities and left behind. You don’t have to ask about the search locations because we won’t tell it.

The memorial wall is quite beautiful with all the flowers in bloom and the water behind it. Thank you for sharing the bunker tour... it amazes me how complex these fortifacations were. Do you know what those tracks in the floor were for? The big semi circles...I assume big guns were on them, like anti aircraft guns? Another well thought out video, wonderful job.... I appreciate it! There were Anti Tank Guns and/or Artillerie Guns in the Bunker. Hello from Germany :D

***** They had to be big to be on tracks though, so they could slide from side to side. I wonder how hot it must have gotten in there when the guns were active. Whew, too hot for me! Thanks again, DHD;)

Amazing. I am situated on one of the landfills from the Chicago fire. Illegal to dig sadly as relics poke up from time to time. Usually pieces of charred wood.

Do you have any recommendations for the zaandvoort area? I dont want to go on a guided tour but i'd like to explore some of the abandoned bunkers there

Go to ijmuiden next to zandvoort, there are bunker dunes! I love to relax there. Theres also a guided tour with acess to some previously open but now closed to public bunkers. They also closed some deep tunnels :(. Still very nice to see.

There is a bunker 'hill' in the dunes, with a path down to a small dune pond. I used to come there as a child jumping etc at the waterside trying to catch little frogs... 10 years later they found about 50 bombs few inches under the sand, on the spot where I played LoL.... Kinda crazy x) still got the cut from the newspaper.
