That looks amazing Sas 😋 we have very similar pancakes in Austria called „Palatschinken“ & we roll it up like you did! They can be filled savory or sweet. & you might not believe it but one of the most popular Austrian soups is actually plain (unfilled) Palatschinken cut into stripes & served in a delicious hearty broth! It‘s called „Fritattensuppe“ if you want to google it. It‘s so comforting & one of my favourites, maybe you get to give it a try one day 🥰
