At least the Dutch passport will affect your immediate family including future generations when you're gone, but the PhD is limited to only the holder.
I am a Dutch Citizen for over 30 years…you can’t compare Dutch P to Gh PHD… with a Dutch P I can easily travel to 93 countries in the world visa free.. All my descendants & my partner will benefit the Passport.. I can easily re-locate in Europe etc etc… now the Ghana PHD certificate can only give me a good in Ghana.. my will rather choose Dutch Passport over Ghana PHD certificate..
If you know what education is,you will choose the PHD. Those choosing the Dutch passport are all hungry and illiterates. Any foolish person can acquire the passport, but any foolish person can't get the PHD. 😊
