And yet you still look amazing after eating all those sweets :) The candy making shop was my favorite part. I've never seen candy being handmade like that before. That was actually pretty amazing.
your videos are so good! i feel like i'm watching the Travel Channel when i see one of your videos! great job! also FYI, your Twitter link in the description above goes to your Instagram
When in Amsterdam i treat myself to a lot of sweets. Maybe a little bit too much but the variety is soo good there. The video made my mouth watery hehe
You have this travel storytelling down to an art. Great Job! I don't think people will fear diabetes after watching this video. ha, ha. Mahalo from Hawaii!
+Paradise2Paradise whahahaha, I think no one should eat this much sugar in a day 😂 thanx 😀 greetings from the Philippines - need to see Hawaii one day definitely. Seems so beautiful!
Sweet video. The poffertjes preparation looked exactly like Japanese takoyaki...well, except without the octopus pieces sticking out. 😂 Such a fun video! 👍
Oi really, how cool!! Sorry to read your comment only now. How did you like the chocolate cookies?! :D If you love chocolate, the Puccini Bomboni are also a must taste I believe :) They are not as sweet as normal chocolates, but very delicate! :D Have so much fun. I think you got the good weather now, no?
The cookies were scrumptious! Warm and soft with their delicious filling! (I have uploaded a video on instagram trying them haha @missmagod ) the weather was good, a bit chilly but at least there was sun! I loved Amsterdam, it won a place in my heart and really hope I can visit the netherlands again to see the rest of the country!! Xxx
When you said are you ready I was already ready! The first 2 shots of desserts made me want to eat! ;) and indeed I never know how to eat a mille-feuille! I think you did it well! ;) cheers
Hahaha, one of the unsolvable questions in life ;) I think getting it in half and spread the cream on both sides then eat is more charming - but it just takes way too much time ;)
If I can remember, I bought some Dutch chocolate in the Philippines , it was not sweet and quite unique in taste but good. Sold in large quantity and not expensive.
Hmm, you made me forget that I'm on a diet. I need to go to Holland NOW! I have to say that stroopwafels are my favorite :3 they sell fake ones in most countries, but they are the best hot and fresh! I have to say though, as delicious as Dutch desserts are, I was the happiest when I walked into a cheese shop that had a free cheese tasting. They even had special cheese sauces... I stayed there for an hour and spent all my souvenir money on cheese
Hahaha, sorry for that ;) Yeah, hot and fresh are better than anything! And Cheese, oh my. It's one of the few things I missed when traveling. Thanx for the comment :D
Heerlijk en tof vlog. We vonden de appeltaart bij Latei op de Zeedijk ook een hele goeie. Bedankt om ons weer even lekker te maken voor alle Hollandse lekkernijen.
+Dutch Nomad Couple cool!!
The only thing I knew famous in Netherlands are their kickboxers like Ernesto Hoost, The "Dutch Lumberjack" Peter Aerts, Tyrone "King of the Ring" Spong also basketball player Rik Smits. :)
Such an amazing place. Those cute buildings I really love. Hope we can buy those delicoous desserts here in the Philippines. Maybe in BGC Taguig City or Makati..?? Hmmm...
@@TravelGretl Thanks for the update! Visited amsterdam and rotterdam for 4 days a week ago! Albert Cuyp and Market Hallen are just amazing! Yea I've basically eaten my way in and out of the country! Haha
