ya know, I think doing these daily videos actually helps fight off the depression and anxiety. One of the best things you can do is distract yourself away from the symptoms and this is a pretty great way to do that. Anxiety/panic are in a different league than someone who "worries". Anxiety and panic are debilitating and the physical symptoms can make it much, much worse. I know my own depression disappears for 27 minutes when I make my videos lol. Keep doing it man. You're awesome!

Great achievement Ryan! Love the daily vlogs and completely understand that some days they will be short. I admire you for still managing to do a daily vlog no matter how short on those less inspired days......keep up the good work, it is most definitely appreciated!
