DV Lottery Greencard
Are you a DV2024 winner, especially from the OC region - well you need to watch this video!! The CEAC data was published on Monday, and I have promised to produce a video for each region to explain what I can about how the next few months will go. In this video I explain what numbers are in a safe range and what factors make me suggest that range.
Please remember, these are projections - very much an educated guess, but a guess nonetheless. I am not 100% confident in these numbers and I don't advise anyone takes these projections as a certainty.

I'm disappointed. I've been entering since about 2017. It seems I didn't submit my docs in on time in 2021 because case numbers around me - above and below - went to interview. Feel like I missed out on some good times exploring the USA.

Suva is also a great embassy Even for Australians

absolutely, I was one of the Aussies from the infamous DV 2022, Suva was a fantastic embassy, you had an email reply from them usually within the hour and I flew to Suva to have my medical at Epworth Clinic, and as soon as I had the medical results in the sealed envelope jumped in a taxi for under $5FJD upto the US embassy at the end of the day, handed over medical and my passport, and received email from the embassy about 9am the next morning saying passport with visa and immigrant packet was ready for collection. Cab driver even kept engine running while I went inside the embassy to collect everything, then drove me to Suva airport which is about a 40min drive, even stopping on the way to try drinking a coconut from a roadside vendor, cab fare was $30FJD, see how far 30 bucks gets you in a cab in Australia.... I gladly gave the taxi driver the last $100 FJD note I had on me telling him to keep the change. He almost hugged me to death. I strongly recommend to anyone in OC, if you can interview at Suva, DO IT, even if you go for a short holiday to Fiji, everything is so cheap in Fiji, and the US embassy there don't jerk around and push the cases througH quickly,.unlike some embassies in Africa. 3 questions and I was approved, all over in under 5 minutes, all I had to do was collect the medical results and bring them back to the embassy.
