When we ask embassies if our file can be transferred according to the new regulation in case we are physically present in the embassy area, they say they cannot help. The new regulation is being ignored.

Hello Brit, thanks for your informative videos as always. I have a question, Could you breifly explain what is the best and most accurate ways of knowing the performance of the Embassy at my country? For example, I am from Iraq. What I do is that, I look at the current or the last VISA bulletin, and look at the cases from Iraq, to see how good they cope with the VB, and also if the embassy have issed the 2NLs.

Hi i'm going to ask this on this video too. So my case number is 177xx in Iran and my embassy is Abu Dhabi. I don't know if I'm going current next month but is Abu Dhabi performing well now? I only can move my case to Yerevan. Which one do you suggest is better? And even if Yerevan is better, won't moving my case ruin my chance of getting an interview? Hi everyone , I'm a dv winner from Peru and I completed all the dv process ( medical exam , interview , they give me the sealed envelope with my visa in my passport , and finally bought the flight tickets ) but a friend of mine (that won the dv lottery the last year ) , told me that I have to pay 220 dlrs for the green card through my uscis account , but I didn't create any because no one told me to do it, am I in trouble? the pay is only with a us credit or debit card? is there a problem if I have less than one month to travel according to my visa? is there a minimun amount of money that i have to carry at cbp? please i would be really grateful if you answer my questions

I would appreciate a one-on-one consultation from you for more tips if you offer zoom consultations? I’m willing to pay! However, If you don’t offer any consultations, that’s fine but could you kindly highlight South Africa as well in your videos cause you hardly ever mention it. I have a few questions please: 1- Must I be present in the country I want to transfer to before I contact their embassy? Since that would mean that I have to be staying there for about 4 months which is a very long time. 2- Do I contact the embassy of the new country only? new and old? and do I have to contact KCC? 3- How long will it take them to respond and for the transfer to be completed since I only have 2 months left and the news is still new and many people will probably sent emails at the same time and that may slow the process even more? 4- Assuming I will be current in July, will I have time to go through this whole process and when should I travel to the new country? 5- I understand that this process should be before being current. Or is it possible after? Sorry of asking too many questions. It is just very overwhelming and I am trying to understand better. Thank you!
