@@malakumari3718 Thank you for your message and enquiry. I hope that the following general guidance is useful. The spinal cord "Crocodile Exercises" of Swami Dev Murti Ji can help to increase height. This depends on practice, diet, situation, environment, etc. I have provided RU-vid videos and Amazon Kindle books (see the video description section) for an introduction to Yoga. For further information, you should be able to find (in your local area) Yoga Teachers and Yoga Masters, or medical professionals if necessary. For background information, I personally met a boy whose height was increased by 10 inches in about 6 months by the Yoga system of Swami Dev Murti Ji. The boy was a few inches shorter than the girl that he was intending to marry, so his parents made a personal request to Swami Ji to help increase the boy's height by a few inches, at least to the same height as the girl. However, everyone was surprised that the boy became taller than the girl by several inches. When the boy's parents saw him for the first time after 6 months, they said "come down from the stairs" and he replied "I am already standing on the ground with you"!!! _Swami Dev Murti Ji passed away in Old Delhi, India, on 27 September 2009. He chose not to be in the public media, but he taught Yoga to many of the high level Yoga Teachers and Yoga Masters. I am a student of Mr Jack Boulton and Mr John More, who were students of Swami Dev Murti Ji. I spent a year (1987) as a student of Swami Ji in India. I live in the UK and I don't currently have a Yoga Centre or Yoga Ashram._

Swami Dev Murti Ji had many successes with the treatment of all types of spinal issues and all types of health issues for body, energy, emotions, mind, etc). Please proceed carefully with the following suggestions, noting that I am not a medical professional and am not providing any recommendations or consultancy: 1. As the first step, for *Self Yoga Treatment* please see the videos on my RU-vid channel and get the Amazon Kindle Yoga books (linked in the video description section). 2. As the second step, for *Yoga Treatment* please find suitable Yoga Teachers and Yoga Masters in your local area. 3. As the third step, for *Medical Treatment* please find suitable medical professionals, such that the medical and Yoga treatments can work together in a complementary fashion.
