it's pronounced like "vor-jack" not D-vor-jack

More like a mere pronunciation of du followed by dominant vor-jack

The Czechs and Slovaks split it in half...Dvo - řák... řák sounds longer because of the á.

Actually the prof. pronounces it really well, except for the "ř", which non-native speakers always struggle with. And yes, as @Ala Alfa says, the accent over the "á" means the vowel is prolonged
