DDD: Dad Sandwiched between two daughters demonstrate typical ritual observed by Madhwa Brahmins on a Dwadashi day (12th day of each month following Ekadashi Vrata (Nirjala Upavasa: fasting even without water). It is believed that all Devatas including Lakshmi do fasting and pray Bhagavan Narayana throughout the 11th day of each month on Ekadashi day.
