In Nagpur we have similar flyover in construction 4 lane on each side also it is of 3 layers ground layer is of 4 lane Highway 2nd layer is of 4 lane flyover and top layer is of Metro

but I think that things are changing. First of all in very very less budget as that of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited you can't make a world class fighter but despite this challenge and from sanctions of the United States as well as frequent changes in the specifications by the Air Force , light combat aircraft Tejas has become a very good 4.5 generation aircraft with carbon composite airframe structures fly-by-wire control systems and glass cockpit . Main problem with light combat aircraft Tejas was the production rate of this aircraft and it has been solved by ramping up the production rate by 16 aircraft per year also the next 83 fighter jets deal will be fulfilled by Outsourcing the materials from private sector which will very very significantly affect the overall performance of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and will be very beneficial for both the Indian Air Force and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited

Yea that's only of 3 X 3 lanes. There are already many flyover of 2 x 2 lanes and 3 X 3 lanes on single pillar. Vijaywada Durga Flyover is one of them with 3 X 3 lanes on single pillar.

@@DwarkaExpressway It's not expressway of 8 lanes but it's design is implemented first of its kind and comes under NHAI design by mahametro using 5D bim technology as its multi transport 4 lane cum metro elevated flyover so both metro viaduct and flyover is constructed on single pier.

Side ki 2 lane light vehicle ke liye or center ki 2 line heavy vehicle ke liye rakhna. Kahin aisa na ho ki saare vehicle last ki 2 line me chalne lage or bridge dhadam ho jaaye.

They and NHAI must be knowing what they are doing and I guess we must have faith in technology but it looks dangerous. A fully loaded big trailer can contain 55 tons and if that is on the far side and more than one, Will the elevated road be able to take the load?? Or maybe trailers of that size will not be allowed!!

each girder (horizontal beams) alone weighs several times more than the typical weight of a fully loaded truck or trailer.. it can be 30 to 50x... so i think even a long jam of fully loaded big trailers shouldn' be a problem for such structures..

Very unsafe practice by L&T!!!! They allowed the trailer cabin and to pass under the suspended load. Totally unsafe. Seems no one bothers about safety.

Haha it's good to build this kind of Express ways but already 8 lane expressway built in single pillar in vijayawada as kanakadurga flyover its 8 km Express way.

That flyover is 6 lane buddy. Dwarka Expressway is the 1st National Highway of 8 lanes on Single Pillar.
