I was on a cruise awhile back and my gf and I were at a comedy show listening to a Jewish comedian and he made a joke about nobody going to his show in the Catskills on Saturday because of Shabbat and I was the only person who laughed so he says “And there’s my Jews!” And pointed at me and everyone looked and I’m like “No - I’m not Jewish... ah, that sounded bad... yeah, okay - I’m Jewish!” So I probably got the biggest laugh of the show. Not bad for a Presbyterian. That pull pot is sublime. I’m not usually a fan but this one sounds great. Shalom!
So much for leading us not into temptation… what a beautiful and beautiful sounding instrument. Is there an option to buy it with the onboard “talent boost” switch that Dweezil seems to have on all his instruments?
@volvoplz9209 that's way out of my price range I just bought a 1950s stella at goodwill for $24 and I'm much happier with a vintage acoustic rather than an overpriced broomstick with a pickup that probably has no boost built in or any other fascinating remarkable features or specs other than being a marketed name brand and at that price point I'm not going to argue at how deep some of these musicians pockets go like for instance people with that kind of money shouldn't you really invest in learning to play better rather than to collect every expensive guitar like it's going out of style. Even I'm a hypocrite I don't take no advice from no one but a grain of sand I'm guilty of buying gear and not paying to learn to play guitar and I think I've learned I don't play like every one else I play like myself and thats a winner in my books.
Dweezil's a bit of a monster player, eh...?? Better than Frank, anyway! You know it's a good player when you can just happily watch them noodle for 10+ mins...
