It's still partially hardens fault, harden had one of the highest usage and touch rates in the league and he didn't really pass Howard the ball, but in turn Howard really didn't put much effort into playing

I have an honest question outside of Dwight/Harden - how much effort can you put in on a guy who leaves you and your teammates out to dry literally every possession, but has enough energy to play like a video game on offense. Seriously, if you play ball you've always played that pick-up game with that guy who plays like that. It's the absolute worst

Sheldon p he literally saves his energy for offense because they ask him to run everything through him. They had a terrible offense and he's was the only reliable ball handler last year. He had to ask his teammates to help him bring the ball up because he was gassed.

Dwight gets so much undeserving hate. He works out at the same gym as I do in Atlanta (Lifetime) every Saturday and I stopped by to talk to him once, one of the nicest people I've ever met. Well-spoken too

Prob cuz u don't know shit bout the NBA. In Houston he barely got touches, he only attempted like 11 shots a game or some shit. If you watched the NBA and watched Dwight in Orlando where he led them to the finals and lost against Kobe winning back to back defensive player of the years you would know how dominant Howard was and is. The question wasn't his skill set it was to some degree his health and the system he played in. Dwight was compared to Shaq and all he greats in Orlando, after all he media people call him soft or a pussy but they were on dwights nuts in Orlando when he was consistently averaging 21 / 14 and 3 blocks

+James Money I doubt Dwight can lead a team like that at this stage of his career but he and Millsap can be the best froncourt in the leage and Schroeder needs to develop then Hawks can challenge the Cavs.

The hawks beat the warriors two seasons ago, albeit with a very different team. However, if you watch hawks playoff games, the calls go against the hawks 80% of the time it seems like. The hawks don't have a superstar like KD, Thompson, or Curry, or Lebron or Kyrie, so there isn't anyone on the hawks that the NBA can make money off of like those guys, so there is no reason for the NBA to want the hawks to win. Notice how the last time the Hawks had a major major superstar, they took on of the best teams in the east at the time to 7 in the conference finals. The more games with superstars in the playoffs, or even in regular season, the more money the NBA makes. So the Nique vs Larry faceoff made the NBA millions.

Why is everyone sleeping on D-Will? lol his game doesn't even need athleticism to be successful he still has Vision, Sooting and Dribbling ability. The other two (Rose and Wade) need athleticism to thrive...I think D-Will > Howard > Drose

d-will doesn't even fit in that category. he had nothing to "bounce back" from, his last season was very decent, but that's about his maximum already. he simply isn't the player he used to be (a very long time ago), but he is a decent starting point guard (league average maybe). if he plays like he did last season, mavs will be satisfied. in contrast, both rose and howard had comparably bad seasons behind them with a lot more potential to make it better. howard will improve, rose i don't think so.
