Tbh I think the only reason Kenzie didn't win was because if she won, people would complain. They would say she was more experienced than all the other kids. They just didn't want to be targeted. In my opinion that's the reason why all her dances didn't get as many points as they deserved. I think the company just didn't want to get from bombarded by hate comments saying they were showing favoritism to Kenzie and Sage because they had more experience and dancing and singing. Who's with me!
No I think she didn’t win because Sky and JT had the best expressions and chemistry and tbh kenz shouldn’t have made it past week 5 with that cha cha 😬
I will forever be mad about the junior’s choice week, when Jason and ellianna scored a 25 and akash and kamri scored a 20 and Jason still got eliminated. He was improving so much and he was robbed
I honestly think that if they were to truly go off of skill, Kenzie and Sage would have won but I also feel like they were at an advantage since Mackenzie should definitely count as a professional dancer Edit: Also I know she has never officially done ballroom but at the ALDC they actually do some ballroom training as well as difficult partner work . Also she still has had technical and flexibility training way beyond the other contestants. Please no hate, it’s just my opinion
I find this so conflicting just because Kenzie and Sage are truly just that much above everyone else. Having her on juniors and not of the true DWTS is a shame. She genuinely would have had competition that was closer to her skill level. Kenzie’s worst dances were still better than other contestants best dances. If they wanted it to be truly juniors, it should have been 12 and below. I’m glad that the judges held her to a higher standard, but if it was truly based on dancing and dancing alone (which it isn’t, which is good! I’m glad Sky won, she worked hard and improved so much! But she was at a similar skill level to the other competitors to begin with.). Kenzie was in a league of her own from the get go.
They should also make it so that people with previous dance experience aren't allowed on. Mackenzie had been dancing for like longer than Elliana which is unfair to everyone else
The biggest problem I think was that they deliberately tried to hide it. She could have said "Im most known for dance moms but ballroom is completely different and I want to try something new" - i feel like more people would have respected that than trying to hide her away and force 'singer' down our throats. Also after Bobby stole the crown last season they couldn't handle another controversy. Juniors was designed to bring in more people not turn more away...
@@jamese1661 the producers tell them what to say reality TV is not scripted but not always true either and she is a singer and an actress so it wast forced down her throat
Miles and Rylee have been my favorite since day one, and in my opinion they really did had the best dances that were so diverse. obviously Kenzie had good dances cause she spent basically her whole life training in dance. anyway, Sky & JT really did deserve the win because sky is a natural born superstar with incredible talent that was taught to her. Ariana & Artyon were so confident in their performance and every week they came out and exploded on stage. also can i just say THE BEST DANCE WAS NOT THE FUSION AND WAS MILES AND RILES FREESTYLE !!! am I the only one who thinks that Team Small's fusion was way better ?
Actually im not trying to hate anyone but they only used kenzie for views cuz they new that kenzie was really famous And the reason why kenzie and sage didn't win is becz the show was getting hated that they favor kenzie and kenzie has a lot of experience while the others didn't....
I'm shocked that you put colors of the wind in the 20's it was literally such a pure dance but hey it's your opinion haha. Kenz and sage were amazing but it's obvious the show used her for views.
Am I the only one who didn’t care Mackenzies dances I felt Gleb was just being lazy when he choreographed her dances and just put in the moves she already knew how to do of course Mackenzie had some great dances her Paso Doble And Contemporary were incredible dances
If that's the case, Gleb is "always" lazy. I think he's just not the best choreographer. He has "moments" like with his Argentine Tango with Jana, but that's really his only stand-out dance. I really can't recall much of anything else he's done.

Sky deserve it to be the winner! She never dance before. Kenzie is a professional dancer. Elliana is 1 of the pros why not Kenzie too? I see so many comments that Sky not deserve it but she does. Sky is a hard worker and i’m proud of what she did!
Personally, my favorite dance is colors of the wind, and I think Kenzie should have won, she was clearly the most talented out of all. But sometimes people take cuteness over talent
i really dont understand how or why miles's argentine tango, charleston, and samba, kenzie's contemporary, sky's argentine tango and foxtrot, and ariana's 1st jazz are so low but to each their own
I was really mad at the producers cuz they knew that Mackenzie had experience in dance and she shouldn't be one of the stars. She was simply used in this show to get more viewers, even though she was better than some of the pros, she still didn't win.
My favorite dances were the miles and rylee’s who let the dogs out ( the second one with Lindsey ) and Mackenzie and Sage’s colors of the wind from Disney night💖

in my opinion you underrated sky and jt especially "unconditionally" Im glad she won because she deserved she was the best except mackenzie and mackenzie was really good but i dont think it was fair that she was competed against the little ones. Sky didnt just win because of the cuteness she deserved it more than all of them, even though all of them deserved it in a way. Sky and jt were my favorite

Everyone loved Ariana, I like her as a person but I didn’t LOVE her dances. I guess I just got mad that she got the first 10 of the season. I am not saying that she couldn’t get the first 10. I just think the dance that she got it with didn’t deserve a 10
That's your opinion, and I respect it. Although some people don't think that dance deserved a 10, a lot of people do agree that her Jazz dance deserved that 10, me included. I mean, I personally don't get how Miles didn't get a perfect score for his finale repeat Salsa when Sky got a perfect score for her Salsa, but yes, that's my opinion and you can disagree on that too
I hate how people say Kenzie is basically a professional dancer then you should basically call miles a professional dancer because miles also knows how to dance professional he even dance with Fik-shun who is a professional dancer and Mackenzie only did acrobatics on dance moms and Sky knows how to do acrobatics to from doing skateboarding and Arianna is also a an experienced dancer but Kenzie didn’t win so stop hating on her y’all always have to hate on her
Ja’la Davis You have to understand where they are coming from though. She started technically training in dance since she was 2 years old. She competed in dance for roughly 6 seasons of dance moms and won many of the competitions, even going on to becoming a national winner. They aren’t pulling shit out of their asses to get mad about, though I still think them getting mad about it is just a waste of energy. Mackenzie didn’t JUST do acro. She did contemporary, lyrical, jazz, acro, hip hop, and now even ballroom under her belt. She has more under her belt than all of the contestants combined. She’s danced longer than even her Pro partner sage. Having some acro from skateboarding compared to training and dancing competitively in acro for 10+ years, which is higher skilled? Not the first one. She’s a professional dancer, there is no doubt about that. Just look at the level of difficulty of her dances compared to the rest of the cast in the show. And that’s still not even her full potential. That said, she never danced ballroom before this and is rusty from not dancing for a pretty good amount of time so I guess that warranted them to pick her up. Still doesn’t cover up the huge advantage she had though.
@@TheSheldon06 I get where you are coming from but a lot of dancers have confirmed that ballroom is completely different from other styles that she knows. Also, if you have watched dance moms you would know that she wasn't even allowed in the group dances for the first few seasons and didn't get that many solos until probably the last 1 or 2 seasons. As well as, leaving dance for a few years. She did have some advantages though like picking up dances in a short amount of time and stuff like that but Miles and Ariana had those advantages as well. Celebrities having dance backgrounds wasn't even a problem on dwts. I mean it was kind of expected for there to be comments about her past on the first few dances but it got really annoying after that.
I don’t know how sky won the whole show when she wasn’t even dancing she was making faces and saying so many speeches about how she loooves her team. We just need to hear it once or twice and that’s all. Also, I feel as though Mackenzie and sage’s duet should’ve been higher. Duretti Hordofaa Sky won because she was the best. If she wasn't the best then she wouldn't have won. And it wasn't a cuteness contest either because then either Jason or Akash would have won.
I know many will hate me on this, but I think Sky shouldn’t have won. I’d be happy with literally anyone but Sky winning, got me mad because they chose one who was young but didn’t have the best technique. Miles was born to be a dancer. Kenzie was perfection but because of her background she didn’t win. Ariana has the best sass and and confidence. Sky is cute and has good facial expressions. All of them are great choices to win, but I was kinda frustrated when Sky won. She didn’t have that good of technique nor did she have the ultimate perfect scores. We all have our own opinions and I would be glad if you said who’d you vote for

i don’t understand why everyone hates Alana? i recon she’s so funny and got so much sas, and i really liked her salsa. And everyone’s getting mad cuz she was dragging down her partner but Alana is the real star in the team

I totally agree with number 1 and 2. For me I thought Kenzie and Sage should have won. But, Sky and JT did work very hard. Both of there dancing was very good.
They knew Mackenzie had dance experience when they invited her to the show so after she got there they should’ve judged her like everyone else knowing that.

Sure Kenzie hasn’t done ballroom, but they did some ballroom stuff in the ALDC, she was older, and she had lots of flexibility and tricks, that Gleb relied on too much. She still did amazing and worked hard! I think people talk about it being unfair too much, because she did do great, and had a great paring, awesome dances! I felt like Miles, or Sky should have won. Miles was super committed, and he had super fast dances, with great footwork. Sky had a great paring, amazing facials, improvement, and she had a variety of dances, that were really clean and nice. I loved Ariana and Artyon, but there were some dances, like the quickstep and foxtrot that weren’t good enough compared to others that week. I still loved there energy and cheesiness. Sky- 1st Miles- really close second Makenzie- 3rd Ariana- 4th. I thought you were putting Akash too low, yes the dances were messy, and he looked at Kamri for moves, but they were so cute and each dance was enjoyable, and he had more footwork than others. I do agree with a lot of this. I just started watching DWTS jr and DWTS in quarantine, and I am obsessed.
I like Ariana, Artyon, Sky, and JTs duo dance SO much better than Mackenzie, Sage, Miles, and Rylee’s duo dance. Their dance choreography was so much harder so they messed up a little bit so that’s why they got lower scores but the dance was so complicated.
