@copperhead29 it depends on how u look at it. foxtrot can actually be fun to watch when it's done to more upbeat music. two really good DWTS ones are done by Gilles Marini & Cheryl Burke and Evan Lysacek & Anna Trebunskaya
Alec created some of the weirdest choreography seen on DWTS, I think. And it was interesting that the lift police (Kerry Ann) never zinged them for either the foxtrot or the waltz in which Kelly's feet clearly came off the ground. On another note, in season 15 Kelly stated that she had been called out for not having been the best dancer even though she won the MBT. The field was half the size of what it is now, and I thought she was the best of a group that didn't have a standout. It's great that she had a chance to redeem herself with Val, who has, in my opinion, become the best pro on the show while remaining humble.
