Ima miss Vince a lot. I'm 34 now I remember watching that dunk contest in 9th grade and being floored a human being could do those kinds of things. And it's a lot more impressive if you go out to a regulation hoop and look up to see how high 10 ft really is and imagine getting your forehead 10 feet + off the ground to throw down those crazy dunks, gives you a newfound respect for his athleticism. One of a kind truly Vince. We'll miss you!
After Vince Carter, I could never watch NBA dunk contest again. Vince Carter set the bar way too high. Now, players need props and shenanigans just to compete. LOL
The man, the myth, the legend Vince Carter. I first watched NBA in 2009 so I didn't really watch you in your peak dunking years, but that doesn't mean I don't recognize greatness when it's there. Thank you for the entertainment you provided for us and the great highlights for the next generation to watch
My favorite is when vince came back to toronto as a grizzlies and they play a tribute of vince like vince about to retire. He went on to play for 3-4 more seasons 😂😂
I looooove Vince! After Michael retired I went through an void in my life, only to be filled up by Vincesanity! I couldn't believe that we (Canadians) had such player! Every night he'd play he'd give us a highlight one way or the other.
Dude I thought I was the only one I felt so dumb.. man after what happened to Kobe It's like paranoia, RIP legend and Vince is the greatest dunker to ever set foot on this planet, period.
Vince is as close to Jordan, Kobe and Lebron as they come he was the super hero in the league that your favorite player looked up too and tried to be like!
i ran real life holes in my vince carters in middle school*i remember running 🏃💨💨 the mile exam in the rain 🌧 and finishing the day with soaked gym socks💦🧦
Buddy are you kidding me the greatest dunk off all fucking time is Olympics dunk! Like holy fuck seeing that on TV and then dropping my beer when.he did that I can't ever forget that .. man that 7 footer standing for a charge and instead gets Vince balls in his face Hahabhabalol
His alley oop against Clippers is my favourite VC moment. He jumped, caught the ball with one hand, paused, check were the rim is and finish the alley oop with tomahawk. Ton of style, power and perfect timing
He also caught the ball wayyyy back from a bad alley oops pass. It has to be the best in game alley oop ever. Close second are his in game alley oops windmill
People forget Vince dunked on Zo Twice that game against the Heat....But the dunk on the 7 foot guy is the best....But in college he caught a alley from Ed Cota where he jumped mad high. Classic Vince...
And what o'neal said that he need to do the flagrant was correct, imagine alonzo clip dunked by him still repeataed until now and its been 15 years.. its gonna be a forever clip..
I mean Vince in his time brought back the dunk competition. The man did the meanest dunk of all time, jumped over a 7'2 man (in game) to dunk. We're amazed by posters, well he actually jumped over a 7 footer. No one has topped dat
Shaq was talking about a Vince dunk when he was a Raptor. It doesn't get a lot of replay, but Vince has crowned Zo at least 3 times. Obviously the best one gets replayed the most
