DXV-TRIM: Automatic Mattress Trimmer 

DXV-TRIM is a vertical continuous blade foam cutting machine.
It is designed to trim 4 sides of mattresses with multiple foam layers. It is designed to provide perfect clean mattress sides and dimension accuracy.
Thanks to auto alignment angle detection and linear interpolation, it brings perfect precision while keeping the cutting waste at minimum.
DXV-TRIM also maximize productivity by splitting king mattresses into two, as well as cutting 3, 4, 6 or 8 pieces for crib, folded beds, cushion and pet beds.
