yes ma’am your hair needs 48-72 hours to fully close the cuticle after using harsh chemicals (hair dye) so when you shampoo your taking the fresh color out since the cuticle is still open (:

My uncle that went to hair school said if u cant even wait a week after dying it to wash your hair so i will be i ysed this brand and did temping rasberry lol over faded ish purple blonde hair lol i let it sit for almost 35 as it was for darker results just to be safe lol got two other boxs dyes but hpping this shade will stay in and ill love it so i can get two more boxs when paid to.fix when jan 1 comes then one for spring summer time touch up

Can someone help me, so I wash my hair with just water ? When do I apply the conditioner?

After you rinse out the hair dye with water in the shower. Once you can see no color is going down the drain you are good. I usually rinse my hair for a few minutes then wipe my eyes and rinse it bending over so I can see what the water looks like going down the drain. Then I add the conditioner.

Funny…I’ve been thinking about going back to a dark hair color for a few weeks and I can’t decide. After seeing your comment I’ll pick up some hair dye soon. :)
