A few tips (as someone who has used this color for the past year or so) If you want to try to have the color last as long as possible, keep the color in your hair for a few hours (i usually put a grocery bag on and a hoodie and go to sleep). It’s basically a conditioner for your hair so don’t worry about damage! If you have leftover dye, mix with it your conditioner (this is essentially diy overtone). I did this and my hair literally didn’t start to fade until I ran out. You’ll notice your hands get stained but once you go through the rest of your shower routine it’s off. This was a lifesaver to keeping it fresh. Vaseline is your best friend to prevent staining! Rub a thin layer on your hands before putting on gloves and put it all around your scalp and your ears. You can put it on your roots too but I don’t bother to. And btw, this color is GORGEOUS on you. You’re killing it.

Ayeee! Little tip for anyone who dyes their hair and has to go out after! Mix a little laundry detergent and dish soap and wash the areas of your dyed skin (let it sit for a bit) to get rid of all if not some of the mess 👍 I'm just giving tips from my experience so... happy dying! 💋

Hair tip: I almost always have dye left over, so the night before I wash my hair (I shower regularly but only wash my hair once or twice a week, using dry shampoo to get by) I thoroughly mix a dollop of dye with 1-2 tbsp coconut oil, comb it through my hair until completely coated, wrap my hair and sleep, and wake up in the morning it rinse it out with sulfate-free shampoo and rinse with cool water (I wake up really early bc washing/rinsing sometimes takes a while). The color lasts so much longer and the oil does wonders for your hair and scalp.

It looks amazing on you! Works so well with your skintone. I dye my hair with a mixture of the one you're using and Manic Panic Purple Haze, which is a slightly more red toned purple. I started using the Artic Fox in there, because it tends to last a bit longer than Manic Panic.

I am so glad I found you! - I have the same shade of hair (maybe just a tad darker) and don't want to strip and bleach my hair and I've been looking at ARCTIC FOX's Ritual for more of a purple plum look that I've been dying to try. Woah! It turned out so good on your hair. I just discoverd this brand and I always wanted to dye my whole head a vibrant color. I have medium brown hair and decided not to bleach it first and just see how it turns out on my natural hair color. I am using the aquamarine color my head is wrapped right now and waiting. I have this hair color in currently, I just washed it out. My hair was originally brown. I cannot see the purple.

i was on facetime with my best friend an hour ago talking about this exact hair dye and showing the before and after of your hair through facetime. i bought this same hair dye about 3 weeks ago. my best friend and I were supposed to dye both of our hair on Friday, April 3rd. sadly, we have to be quarantined now! i am so in love with this video, I'm getting impatient! Just a tip (I do it all the time) coat your neck, shoulders, ears and around your forehead with Vasaline. It's very good for making sure it doesn't stain your skin. I also buy heavier gloves, the ones you get are just sometimes not good quality. The colour looks fab on you, you have the cheek bones to carry that colour really well.

Do you need developer or tonner for that brand of dye , also your hair looks SO good!
