Welcome to Dyenamic Sublimation. This Video will give you an introduction to our business & how the process of dye sublimation onto fabric/garments works.
What take me the longest is fitting the artwork to different sizes. Do you guys automate that somehow or someone fits them do each size template manually?
Hello, the video is very nice and informative. so thank you. I wonder if i could ask a technical question. If i understood correctly, first you cut the fabric and than start the sublimation process, in other videos i watched they start the sublimation process first and only than cut the fabric. what will be the advantages for that ? Thank you.
Hi Mark, the device is part of the pattern making program. It is used to digitise the paper patterns into the software so they can be cut out on the automatic cutting machine.
Only problem with Sublimation printing is it requires min 60% Polyester. Polyester is not a good choice in hot countries as it does not effectively absorbs sweating and it acts as insulation. However, very nice and vivid but brief explanation of entire process, Bravo.
That's wrong: Polyester in high quality is the best wear for hot countries and for summer & sporty times in cold countries, def. less hot than cotton. Just go jogging with both and then compare
Thanks for your comment...we use high quality inputs (ink, sublimation paper, fabric) which gives our garments a significant advantage when compared to cheaper imported garments. We have been going 4+ years now & UV breakdown has never been a problem or issue with our customers.
Thank you - I am looking at purchasing a Hang Gliding Harness with Dynamic Sublimation Printing on it ( will have alot of exposure to UV obviously ) - awesome technology and great video (Y)
interesting, then there is the cheap imported labour force, wow!!! Curious as to what the seamstress' gets paid, since they are the ones doing most of the work. I bet those guys get paid more for just laying the templates through the heat press.
