It’s not damaged because her semi perm hair dye is mostly made of conditioner and she adds some too. Perm hair dye really damages ur hair a lot more.

She literally cut off all the damaged parts, she isn't overlapping bleach anymore, and uses semi permanent hair dye only so ofc her hair isn't damaged anymore

The dyes she uses are all conditioner based plus she adds her own conditioner and doesn’t constantly bleach it so her hairs fine tbh.
