You dont need to bleach the hair that’s already bleached every time, just touch up the roots. Otherwise ur hair will break and fallout, and it damages the curl pattern
@@shanice1111 She used a 30 vol. developer, so on pre-bleached hair, 30 vol. can definitely do damage. And damage usually doesn't occur immediately. After a few years of constant manipulation of chemically processed hair, the damage really starts to peak through.
exactly! people be so pressed about SOMEONE ELSE head... liiiiike... it’s not your hair, you’re not the taking care of it, why does it bother you so much..? 🙃🥴🙄🙄
@@hunnybee_ so if you were doing something and continously expressed you didn't know what you were doing you wouldn't want someone to give you suggestions and point you in the right direction? yes or no???
I don't mean to heckle you or anything. Your hair is really pretty and ofc I LOVE your color choices! I also bleach & color my own hair (and I have curly hair as well. 4c) A tip for next time: you don't need to keep re-bleaching the already bleached & colored hair. Just do the roots and then use (alcohol & bleach free) color remover. Also don't use any heat on your hair right after bleaching. Regardless, you did an amazing job!
My hair is in a pixie and it’s relaxed, I also wanted to go pink for my birthday but if I try this method do you think it’ll fall out? what about the developer and colour method? I’ve watched so many videos but no answers yet! any advice I’d appreciate it😭
@@deekayyxoxo relaxed or permed hair should never be bleached because the hair will literally melt off. You’d need to wait for the hair to completely grow out virgin before you can bleach it
For future reference just bleach the roots next time, and you could’ve also used a color remover if it wasn’t pink you were putting on top. But it came out GREAT 🥰🥰
@@doryexplory2029 Ik I’m two years later but it worked for my hair. And I dyed my hair with adore about 5x prior. So idk lol, cause I’ve heard other ppl say it don’t work
@@exposingtingz623 no not unless your hair is virgin or your trying to remove existing color. She was just doing pink over pink. Its also better to do mids, ends and then roots when bleaching already processed hair.
This comment section Okay Y’all give good advice ... maybe Kuz y’all don’t want sis to end up bald But I enjoyed the video...her entire vibe is nice And she’s just tryna have fun with her pink hair No need to be so deep when it’s just hair...it does grow back
I'm glad to see everyone's comments. My step- daughter wanted to dye her hair and I wanted to do as much research before her and her grandmother decided to go and do this. So many thanks to the original poster and everyone that added in.
Omg you’re the first girl I’ve ever seen with a curl pattern similar to mine especially after the bleach 😩 now I’m so confident in coloring my hair pink and I didn’t know what pink to use 😁😁
I think that pink would have shown on the hair you already had, the only thing you needed to do was bleach your roots and apply the color all over. You didn't have to bleach the lightened part.
You don’t have to remove a light pink to add a darker pink😩 lorddd 😅 you only needed to touch the roots bleach is very damaging wouldn’t recommend doing that again 🥴
Robbie Pastur you didn’t need to say anything either. Look at tht😱 one comment giving advice so she doesn’t ruin her hair. And another comment underneath tht no one asked for either😂✌🏻
The part where she said my mama said and mama dukes pretty ass came to help yasss daughter mama duo 😍😍😍🔥🔥😩😩😭😭 definitely earned this SUbby and I liked this video
(Speaking from a cosmetologist point of view) Next time when you bleach your hair or dye it, Part your hair into small/medium size sections to distribute the bleach and color better. Also, you don’t need to bleach the parts that were already bleached since you were going in with the same color... overlapping can cause damage. But other than that you did a great job for your first time🙌🏾🙌🏾
what the fuck? someone with my curl pattern ahh. makes me miss dying my hair. also yeah you should’ve just did roots and left the rest alone. your ends are suuuuuuuper light which scared me a little lol. we aren’t trying to bash you but trying to help being you said yourself you didn’t know what you were doing. you clearly like having your curls and were trying to prevent it from falling out or breaking off. im amazed the ends survived honestly. just keep in mind next time. we are just trying to prevent someone having a breakdown from ruined hair lol. i definitely would. omg. it’s sad seeing that. it came out very pretty though. for not knowing these things it worked out. which im glad it did.
Pretty even for not sectioning it further! My edges by my ears always have a hard time bleaching for some reason too. This came out soo good I'm about to use this color ❤
When she rubbed the bleach into her scalp I cringed so hard from the flashback that then came when I burned the hell outta my scalp doing that 🥴😭 I love her sm tho
Yayyy I love hot pink it looks so pretty I currently have braids in with hot pink ends I was skeptical at first deviating from my normal burgundy but I love it so much 💕
Noooo since you’re hair was already bleached you needed to do the roots. Bleach don’t lather so you have to go small sections. you should’ve put a cap on it so it can be trapped in heat and gotten a better bleaching
Don’t do this nomore. You are damaging the hair that you had bleached before. All u needed to bleach was your roots in this case. If your whole head was your natural hair color then you start at the ends then do your roots
Came out great. But ladies if your hair is already lightened and the color you're using is darkerjust bleach the dark part. Also put vaseline around your hairline to not stain
So beautiful 😍!!, I got the idea that if you would have kept the light pink and added the dark pink to your roots it would be like an ombré look and would be so beautiful on you anyways you still rocking the pink girl.💕
arianna cochinamogulos really dont even think a color remover wouldve been necessary either because the end color was darker than how it was before she even bleached it
Why put bleach on already processed bleach hair and just slapping it like that plus ur hair ain't even lathered right or sectioned right damn ur hair looking all mashed together
